Online payments by card

In the case of online payments by card, the services payment on this website is made by means of the online payment solutions offered by Romcard SA.

To eliminate the risk that you data might be acquired and abusively used by third persons:

Sabio Cosmetics SRL and Romcard SA guarantees the security of computer systems.

Information regarding the bank card data (card number, expiry date, etc.) is not transferred or stored at any time on the Sabio Cosmetics SRL server or on the Romcard SA servers.

In the case of the 3D Secure system for payments with Visa or MasterCard, the data related to your card are entered directly into the Visa or MasterCard systems, and if your card was issued by a bank certified in the 3D Secure system, authorization of the transaction is done only after your authentication in this system – entering a secret code/ password, known only by you, similar to the PIN code in ATM transactions.

Giving up on order

The Sabio Cosmetics Customer, hereinafter named “consumer”, has the right to give up the purchased products, without having to justify the decision to renounce and without incurring costs other than those provided in Art. 13, paragraph (3) and Art. 14 of G.E.O. No. 34/2014, within 14 days as of the day on which they physically received the products. According to the legislation in force, renouncing on the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

The consumer must verify the order received and notify Sabio Cosmetics if he/she has found differences, errors or non-compliances (withdrawal period). Products returned on quality grounds will be evaluated by Sabio Cosmetics based on internal procedures and if quality problems are not found, their value will not be refunded.

Only the products purchased from the website www.sabiocosmetics.ro and not in compliance with the specifications on this website at the time of purchase or products sent incorrectly by Sabio Cosmetics can be returned. The returned products must be in the same status in which they were delivered, in the original packaging, with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied them, packed properly for the protection during the transport. No used products or incomplete sets will be returned.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Sabio Cosmetics before the expiry of the withdrawal period, about the decision to withdraw from the contract, using the Return Form, which can be downloaded HERE or which can be requested through email. If you do not have the possibility to fill in the form, it can also be filled in by a Sabio operator, who will ask for your data by phone. The missing data in this form may lead to the impossibility of reimbursing the value of the products.

You must send the Return form first by e-mail to [email protected] and then, together with the returned products, to the address 180K, Sos. București-Ploiești, 1^st District, Bucharest, Romania.

Returning the products to Sabio Cosmetics will be done by the same method of transport by which it delivered the products to the consumer, or by another method chosen in agreement with Sabio Cosmetics. Products that have physical changes (damaged, unpacked, broken seals, etc.) that cannot be resold cannot be returned.

Sabio Cosmetics will reimburse the consumer for the value of the returned products within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the returned products, including the costs of delivery, if he/ she returns the entire order and exclusively the cost of the delivery if he/ she returns only part of the order. The reimbursement date can be postponed until Sabio Cosmetics receives the products back or until it has received proof from the consumer that he/ she has sent the products back, the closest date being valid.

The value of the products shall be reimbursed to the consumer, as follows:

• for orders paid by card, by return to the account from which the payment was made;
• for orders paid in cash, by bank transfer in the account indicated by the consumer in the Return Form.

Guarantee

According to Art. 4 – section 1, letter e of GEO 34/2014 and Art. 5-18 of Law no. 449/2003, products traded on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which is of 24 months as of the purchase date, for extended use products. During the first 6 months of the purchase, the consumer does not have to prove the lack of conformity, it is considered that it has existed at the purchase date. For the period following the 6 months up to 2 years, the lack of conformity shall be proven by the consumer.
