Cedarwood and clove anti-moth sachet
Product code − 3901, NC code − 3307 49 00I have created this natural moth repellent sachet using only 100% natural ingredients, incorporating plants and essential oils known for their repellent effect against moths.
For this purpose, I chose cedarwood, which has a deep and pleasant scent for humans, with earthy aromatic notes that moths cannot tolerate.
Cloves have been added because they release continuously highly aromatic volatile organic compounds that serve to repel moths, while dried rosemary leaves and cinnamon are included to finalize the sachet's ultimate aroma.
For increased effectiveness of the repellent effect, I added essential oils of cedarwood, lavender, and patchouli, which also contribute to subtly and pleasantly scenting wardrobes and drawers for an extended period.
The sachet containing the scented repellent material is handmade, using 100% untreated, unbleached, and undyed natural cotton.
Firstly, a thorough cleaning of the wardrobe and drawers with clothes is necessary. Take out all the clothes and shake each garment outside in the fresh air. This ensures that there are no moths remaining among the clothes. Optionally, you can wash all the clothes to ensure there are no moths left among them.
Simultaneously, it is recommended to clean the interior of the wardrobes and drawers very well with a mixture of equal parts water and apple cider vinegar to eliminate unpleasant odors and repel moths.
After the furniture is completely dry and before putting the clothes back, place mothballs in the wardrobes and drawers, then reintroduce the clothes.
This operation should be performed at least twice a year to prevent the appearance and proliferation of moths.
