How to order / Delivery

Here's how you can make your purchases on www.sabiocosmetics.ro in 5 simple steps:

1. Create an account:

To shop on the www.sabiocosmetics.ro website, you can add products directly to the cart or access the 'Log In/Create Account' link at the top right of the site. A login page will open, where you can fill in your personal details. Fields marked with a star are mandatory.

2. Select your favorite products in the shopping cart:

Once you've found the products you want to buy, press the 'Add to Cart' button. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search option. Enter the product that interests you in the respective field, then press the search icon.

3. Review your order:

After you've added the desired products to your shopping cart, in the corresponding quantities, check if all the products in the cart are in line with your choices. Also, check the delivery address and billing details.

4. Choose the delivery method:

Sabio Cosmetics' "48 hours" policy assumes that from the moment you've chosen your favorite products, within a maximum of 48 hours, we manufacture and send them to you.

An important note: Orders received during a day enter processing at the latest the next day, and orders placed on the weekend are processed starting from Monday morning.

Delivery of orders within Romania is done by fast courier. If you choose delivery by fast courier, the transport cost is 20 lei for Bucharest and Ilfov, and for a national destination, the transport cost is 25 lei.

Orders exceeding 300 lei (the value of products with VAT included) qualify for free delivery in Romania.

For orders from the European Union, for a maximum weight of 10 kg, shipping will be done door-to-door, and delivery costs are differentiated into 6 zones.

- EUROPE 1 (Slovakia): 190 lei, approximately 38 EURO

- EUROPE 2 (Austria, Germany, Italy): 135 lei, approximately 27 EURO

- EUROPE 3 (Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania): 245 lei, approximately 49 EURO

- EUROPE 4 (Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Spain): 190 lei, approximately 38 EURO

- EUROPE 5 (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Serbia): 275 lei, approximately 55 EURO

- EUROPE 6 (Ireland, Norway, United Kingdom): 410 lei, approximately 82 EURO

Transit time for delivery to EU countries can vary between 5 and 10 days, depending on the destination country. For parcels weighing more than 10 kg, please inquire about the transport cost at [email protected].

5. Choose the payment method:

There are currently 2 payment methods available:

- Cash on delivery upon receiving the order through the courier. It is available for those who want to pay upon receiving the package.

- Payment by credit card, in the 3D Secure system. In the case of online payments, payment for services on this website is made through the online payment solutions offered by Romcard SA. In the case of the 3D Secure system for payment with Visa or MasterCard cards, the card details are entered directly into the Visa or MasterCard systems, and if your card was issued by a bank certified in the 3D Secure system, the transaction authorization is done only after your authentication in this system—entering a code/password known only to you, similar to the PIN code for ATM transactions.

6. Finalize the order:

After checking the order and selecting the payment option, you can place the order. The site will display a 'completed order' message, and you will receive a confirmation email at the email address with which you registered.
